GaN Systems empowers the sleek SATECHI 165W GaN Charger

The new SATECHI 165W Four USB-C GaN Desktop Charger leverages two GaN Systems’ transistors to deliver high output power within a small and sleek form factor. Each transistor is enclosed in a small, thermally efficient 5×6 mm PDFN package. The high-performance, cost-effective GaN transistors (GS-065-011-1-L) can be switched at over 1MHz ultra-high frequency for maximum efficiency and power density. The device is designed to simplify the drive requirements with a gate drive voltage of 0-6V and a transient withstand voltage of -20 up to +10V for enhanced reliability.
